These are the ingredients:

• 250ml fresh Yoghurt

• 2 Scoops of Blend 1 > The Key
• 2 Clementines
• 1 Banana
• 1 Cup of Spinach
Topped off with Chia seeds, Coconut flakes, Almonds & Linseed.
Blend or mix all the ingredients for a smooth consistency and enjoy!
