These are the ingredients:
• 2 cups of Blackberries & Raspberries (frozen)
• 250 ml fresh Yoghurt
• 2 Scoops of Blend 1 > The Key
Topped off with Sunflower seeds & Raisins.
Blend or mix all the ingredients for a smooth consistency and enjoy!
