  • You can have your parcel delivered at a Pickup Parcelshop.

Can I have my parcel delivered at my work address?

It is possible to have your parcel delivered at a different address than the invoicing address, this can be managed upon checkout.

Will I be notified on the status of my order?

Yes, after you have confirmed and payed for your order you will receive an automatic email confirmation. When your parcel is effectively shipped you will also receive an email with the tracking code so you can easily follow up on the status.

What if I’m not at home during delivery?

A DPD contributor will try to deliver the parcel up to 3 times.

Please note:
Incorrect or incomplete address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

REFUND POLICY

Our return policy lasts for 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return:
Send an email with a clearly stated refund request to hello@holyyou.shop or use the form here below. Once we receive your refund request, we give clear instructions to send the goods back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@holyyou.shop
